Broadcasting live from Echo Arena Liverpool, the celebrity contestants compete in a series of urban and extreme sports for the chance to take home £10,000 for their chosen charity. Representing the women are Gold Olympic Medal winner Dame Kelly Holmes; former EastEnders favourite Kacey Ainsworth; actor and Hollyoaks star Sarah Jayne Dunn; and TV presenter and former Atomic Kitten Jenny Frost. Representing the men are New Zealand rugby legend Jonah Lomu; comedian Rufus Hound; adventurer Charley Boorman; and musician and action sports enthusiast Sam Branson.

Adult Season returns filming their stories about becoming an adult
“Following the success of last year’s Adult Season, the season returns to BBC Three this summer with a host of new and returning programmes exploring the pressures on young people to grow up quickly, and what it means to be an adult.”
The seasons starts Tuesday 20th July and I have been involved filming my stories about becoming an adult.
