Jenny is now a fully fledged presenter with 6 years TV under her belt fronting high profile shows as diverse as ‘Snog Marry Avoid’, (Jen did 4 seasons of the smash hit fashion show with a difference for BBC3), ‘OKTV’ and more recently ‘Live with Jenny’ for Channel 5. She has also fronted in depth documentaries such as “My Breasts and I” for the BBC, mixed it with the insects on “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here”, took a dive in “The Swim” and took on the boys in “The Race” before taking on Gold Olympic winner Kelly Holmes and 6 other celebrities competing in a series of urban and extreme sports for Channel 4′s Famous and Fearless, an adrenaline-fuelled live event show.
Prior to her presenting work she was one third of the most successful post Spice Girls girl band, Atomic Kitten selling 5 million records worldwide. After a brief stab at stardom with girl band Precious, Jenny spent three and a half years at the very top with the Kittens who were number one simultaneously around the world before all 3 took a break to go it alone. ‘We were all a bit in shock when Tash decided to stop to have her babies but secretly I think we all wanted to do our own thing at some stage,’ says Jen. ‘I love everything about Atomic Kitten, but I took the opportunity to make the move into a number of different areas and particularly TV presenting. We still gig occasionally (their biggest show to date for Nokia on New Year’s Eve 2006/7 with the Black Eyed Peas in Hong Kong) and we meet up a lot so it’s the best of all worlds. There’s always talk of a big reunion but we never actually officially split up!
Although she’s been the face (and body) of so many fashion shoots, let’s not forget she’s still the same girl we all know so well. Effortlessly stylish, naturally friendly and always the Kitten to have everyone around her giggling. Jenny married husband Vinnie back in September 2011 and is living between her homes in Ibiza, London and Cheshire with son Caspar.
